Choose the floors

The 350m Tembo Deck includes the 340,345 and 350 levels. The 450m Tembo Galleria is a separate upper area entered at 445 and rising toward 450.
- The tower's634m total height is not your viewing height. Check upper-area inclusion before buying: a350m ticket does not automatically provide Galleria entry.
Match date and scope
Choose the visit date, time, people and Deck-only or Deck-plus-Galleria option first. Conditions on the linked affiliate product depend on the package selected.
- If transport is bundled, check nationality or other eligibility and the rail coverage separately. Read exchange, late-arrival, change and cancellation rules before paying; expired character-event advertising is not a current inclusion.
Find Floor 4 entry
From Oshiage or Tokyo Skytree Station, follow observation-deck entrance signs to Floor 4. A shopping-centre entrance on another level is not the observation-deck gate.
- Distinguish the official web-ticket advance lane from your seller's voucher instructions. Check whether your actual ticket permits direct QR entry or needs exchange; do not copy an old paper numbered-ticket photograph.
Follow the upper route

Explore the Deck levels included in your ticket. With Galleria admission, follow staff signs to the upper lift, arrive at 445 and continue along the corridor toward 450.
- The glass floor is on the Deck's340 level, not a feature that requires a Galleria upgrade. Keep café purchases, photo services and any separately priced activity distinct from admission.
Allow for visibility

View photographs show the conditions when taken. Cloud, rain and backlighting change visibility; neither Mount Fuji nor an identical night view is guaranteed.
- Check the day's hours, strong-wind notices and final admission. Leave time to descend and reach your train, and do not apply restaurant or shopping-centre hours to the observation deck.
