Dates & first hotel

Write down your trip length and airport arrival time, then choose the first city. For a multi-city trip, include the cost of changing hotels and the time spent moving luggage.
Planning example
- Write dates, adults/children and rooms in one booking note and use those values at every seller. On the next line, compare tax-inclusive total, breakfast and the cancellation deadline in local time.
- After shortlisting hotels, total the journeys you actually need and compare singles with a pass. Pay for a dated activity only after checking the meeting-point journey, then save the whole voucher.
Hotel comparison
Match dates, adults, children and room count. Record taxes and fees, breakfast and refund deadlines so a low headline rate does not dominate the decision.
Transport passes

List the journeys and dates first, then check pass coverage. Do not add unwanted long-distance trips just to make a pass appear valuable; compare it with the itinerary you already want.
Activities
Once a dated activity or theme park is booked, keep the rest of that day lighter. Save the meeting point, late-arrival rules, inclusions, cancellation terms and voucher instructions.
